New Guy!

I don't think they're too short, but yeah the bat tops will make them a little taller and look a bit more original to the cab style.

I have 2 of them shown here. I'm going to restore them soon.

Welcome to the madness. There are actually quite a few of us here in the Houston area. Unfortunately, we mostly get together at the SuperAuctions up near Dallas, :( speaking of which, 5 days to go......:)

Speaking of twins, I was able to pick up a 3rd of these cabs and took it strait home yesterday. It's was a dead cab but I a spare monitor and loads of parts for these "angled cabs"

After two nights here's what we have. I spent as little money as possible on it to get it working. I even got this cab in trade.

I don't think I'm going to use that red bezel. There's already too much red on this cab. I'll also go with a generic Neo Geo Logo mini marquee. I've got a two slot in there right now. I really should build a whole new CP w/ a newly printed CPO for it. I still need to rewire the JAMMA harness for the D buttons and a test/service panel.

They are a bit ugly in their shape but at 5'11" I find their playing angle better than MVS cabs because they're just a little taller. The other nice thing is that w/ the flat top, they make for good stacking of extra parts. Those pesky Dynamos are horrible for stacking stuff on top. Thats one of the great features of Nintendo cabs, storing stuff on top of them!
