I applied the new CPO to my Gauntlet from Arcade Overlays tonight.

The quality of the overlay is fine. It was my first time doing one that isn't cut, and as you can see my fire and magic buttons are a little off. It's disappointing, but was completely my fault, and it does look much better than it did before, so I'll live with it. I am tempted to replace it again anyway to get it closer. We'll see.

Hey sir you should answer your phone.

Anyway in those pictures im not sure i see it being off?

Oh well, hope you got those pictures i sent you.

Also looks super sexy now!!! (for your wife)

It does sort of have a texture.
Similar to any of the other overlays printed on the thicker material.

I cleaned all the buttons when I took this apart. I already cleaned the joysticks a week ago when I rebuilt them. I also painted all the cp bolt heads with a coat of flat black, which if you compare pictures you can tell that made a huge difference. I replaced the t-molding around the CP as well.

My side art isn't in great shape, both sides are missing about the whole top half perhaps. I don't think I'm going to replace that, not any time soon. My major focus was the CPO since it was so messed up, and now I think I'll just enjoy this thing for a while.

If I were you I'd leave the new CPO alone. It looks great from the pic you posted. Gauntlet is a great game, enjoy it!
