Got some more games for the basement. I think I have a sickness, LOL.

Actually just storing 2 of them for a friend, but the Space Duel is the one I mentioned in another thread. http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=177623

Anyway, it is joined by a Roadblasters and a Super Monaco GP. As always, thank you to EagleTG for his help in moving the games.

Took some quick photos. Not the greatest, but you get the idea :)

And the Super Monaco GP has a very cool marquee too.

It needs new stickers, but the whole cabinet is really cool in general. The cone/marquee, the side-art (looks like a Formula-1 race car from the side), all the way to the foot rest where the tail of the car would be. You can see some of that in the following picture (the game at SilverUnicorn's place is mine):

Stickers - hit up Edwin at the automotive store in Q-Mart, tell him Jeff sent ya :) He'll give you a good deal on new vinyl stickers.

You're just lucky I let you borrow the Todd yesterday...I really could have used some more muscle to move the 90000lb desk I picked up!

Funny you mention that, I was going to head over there and ask if they could help. I think the decals would look better cut from vinyl anyway (the originals are screened on clear plastic stickers, and look terrible even when in good shape). If I get any motion or success in the project, I'll definitely let everyone on the group know.

Sounds like I skipped out at just the right time! :)

The Super Monaco GP looks great! I think they made Virtua Racing with the same cabinet for the upright. The whole top part lights up right?

Its a pretty cool machine, I have to admit. I think it was the came cabinet as VR now that you mention it, or at least very similar.

I added a video with some really dorky narration :)
