Museum of the Game® & International Arcade Museum® Forums
It's amazing to me how many threads get started asking for a manual about such and such a game, and then after a 1/2 dozen posts of check here or check there online, someone finally says "It's online here already."
Tons of manuals have been linked to individual game entries for years...
I've just created an index for all the manuals on site, and I added some links to manuals on manufacturer sites (ie: segaarcade).
Also, I've changed the 'Add Links' section of the Encyclopedia pages to 'Contribute'. I'm beginning to move 'Add Images' and 'Add Descriptions' to this section. Logged in members will see a link for uploading a new manual.
When uploaded the site automatically does a virusscan on the upload, validates the pdf, counts how many pages it is, and measures it size.
For manuals not tied to a particular game, there is a link on the Contribute page on the menu bar for that purpose.
