new chicago expo, pacak/berk split

"In discussing with our attorneys, it is unclear exactly who owns Pinball Expo at this point in time. So for the sake of moving forward and getting the momentum going, I've changed the name to Pinball Palooza, at least at this time."

I guess Tony Danza Bonanza was taken

His answers were reasonable and prudent.

His answers were also legally respectful. You have to keep in mind there is a break up going on here, and the energy they put into the show is present in the break up.

So I can see one guy saying "I own it," the attorneys saying "it isn't clear on ownership, make up a cool new name and move on or litigate to establish ownership - uh, how much money can we get out of you?" and he decided (wisely in my view) to move on.

There is a disagreement on the ownership of the name. Pacak has stated he also cannot use the name expo.

Looking forward to the new and improved show.

Last time I went to pinball expo I was unimpressed.
