Sorry pictures suck, losing daylight and trying to get everything picked up! Needs just a little tweaking in a few places, but came out about 95% accurate!

yep.. imported birch ply, it's clean and really smooth on both sides.

wow, since you are getting out, I guess I will take that off of your hands. :O)

nice work

thanks guys! Nope, it's not baltic birch. My lumber place only carries 60X60 and it won't fit in my machine. Yeah i need to change the sig lol when i made that i got down to 13 games.. now i am back up to 23 and 3 more arriving in 2 weeks!

Oh man, that is beautiful... is this one a personal project, or for someone else? Now we're about to the point where if someone made a shroud, you could build an entire TRON from scratch!

This one goes to Seawolf.. as does a 2nd tron.. and 4 other cabinets. I am buried in work right now.. might to get my machines going after the snow flies!

I Have a Tron that is completely empty for a repaint/restore, and i have a Tron side given to me from Klover JPopson. He had a Tron with water damage, and replaced the sides. So, i traced my good tron side, John had already drilled holes in all the dadoes in the side of the cabinet, and i traced them onto a 4X8 sheet. Used a big T square and measured all the X Y points, then programmed them into my CNC Software. I cut a test side out of 1/4" Luan, and tweaked anything that was off. Here's a screen shot of it drawn up in my cnc software:

Do you have all the plastics, etc to test fit? I believe I've got a spare lower plastic in the garage if you need one.

I need both back doors, and the wooden bracket that holds the bottom one in place. Any chance you could cut those for me Brett? If so PM me a price shipped to 56303.
