So I decided to replace my old NVS 4000 with a new RS Psu. But I've hit one small hurdle:

On my original PSU, it had a cable running from the AC 100IN to a small AC Out.

On the new RS PSU, it doesnt seem to have the small AC Out port.

Any ideas? I've attached a picture for reference.

Well, I simply left the cable and decided to power up without it. Everything works great, except I get a loud buzzing sound thru the speakers and can barely hear the game audio...

weird.

I've tested out a couple of my boards - Dragon Blaze and Change Air Blade. DB is barely audible, and comes out with no bass line, very low and is surrounded by a loud buzzing. Same with CAB, except that seems to be a bit louder with the buzzing a bit lower.

I checked all my connections, including behind the speakers, and everything looks good. Also played around with the volume controls on the PCBs - which only makes everything (including the buzzing) louder.

I really don't know what it could be - maybe this PSU isn't pumping out enough juice for the audio? Only other thing I can think of is the JAMMA harness itself is bad? Seems weird that would be the case since it was working fine with my old PSU.

The new PSU is the River Service PSU for NACs. (http://www.rs2006.co.jp/e/powersupply/index.html)

I'm so close... yet still so far from enjoying my cabinet.
