I finally got around to hanging this sign while I was musing about my next one. Now I had debated on just how to hang it from day one, but I finally decided to just use small link chain, 2 eyehooks screwed into the top of the sign, 2 eyehooks screwed into the ceiling with anchors, and 4 'hooks'. This way I can adjust the height and angle of the dangle. I actually put a set of 2 eyehooks in 2 different places on the ceiling, one at either entrance to the arcade. I'll move the sign to the opposite entrance as I feel the need or just make another one to hang at the other entrance.

will do bud.....try to get a couple pics here in the next day or so.....somehow misplaced the digital.........

That is awesome! Is it neon? Did you have it custom built?

It's EL Wire, 3.2 mm, and I had the board CNC cut and routed by dptwiz and then sanded, painted and wired it myself. It looks a lot like neon, and I currently have it set so that the green border blinks while the blue letters stay lit. It really looks like a neon sign to me and everyone who has seen it in person.

i want one... damn it...

need more games first i guess..

what kinda arcade just has a pinball and a centipede... ha ha

Mine only has a Ms. Pac and a Centipede...and that's all I get until I build a garage! Unless a WoW magically appears on Kijiji in the near future....in which case, I'm sure I could squeeze it in somewhere without being divorced!!!

Dudes house is kickass (from what I've seen). I could fit two of my houses in his with room left over.

Nice, get me a pic of it in it's new home when you get a chance.

Just one picture??? :D

Looks really cool, Phet. Very impressed. I need to delve into that EL Wire goodness soon...

Is the yellow pool for Jello wrestling???

It's my kids' indoor trampoline. They love it, though it might look a bit tacky in the middle of my game room. I usually try and remove it or hide it when we have company over, but hey, it's their place too.
