I see 2 different new monitors on ebay. Does anyone know the main difference between the two other than one doesn't come with the frame? Do these connect with a standard monitor cable that is used with a G07? Are replacement chassis available for these? Do they work with a horizontal mount g07 frame?

$200 shipped, no frame

$330 shipped w/frame

Has anyone ever bought these?

I think this is the same model as the Imperial 19" CGA unit that arcadeshop.com sells for $199. You may want to post in the "Monitors" section of KLOV and find somebody more knowledgeable than me to confirm this, though.

Doesn't matter as you can always splice in

You can buy an appropriate Wei-Ya chassis for almost ANY tube. (medium res is why I say almost)

As long as you have a standard 19" tube they'll all work.

Personally I say if you already have a frame then go get a 19" TV, yank the tube leaving yoke on it, ohm out the yoke and order the appropriate Wei-Ya chassis.
19" TV if not free $20
Chassis - ~$65 delivered. alvaamusements.com
Time to install - 20 minutes tops.
You'll have a Minty looking monitor for under $100.00.

Here's a thread on one I did.

Well I'm sold on the tube swap idea, thanks for the advice. I picked up a tube at goodwill today, meet me in the monitor repair section...
