Netflix Stranger Things 2 - Arcade in trailer

Actually that Arcade set is in my town and I took a visit to it right after they stopped filming. I know that Michael Brian Rich lent out some of his games and that Patrick Wall's Missle command is in there somewhere so not everything is LCDs.

The set is located on Church St in downtown Douglasville GA.

PS: the history of the place is that in the '80s and the '90s it used to be a laundromat...before it was built into this set

hah wow... 2017 shows current stranger things set, prior to 2016, all dry cleaners.

Lame. it wasn't even a real arcade. sad.

It still saw a few games back in the day as a coin laundry/dry cleaners. I have been living here for quite awhile and I know the town. It's fun to see it get coin operated stuff in there once again even if it was just for the show

Finally watched all of season 2. The arcade was neat but funny too. I doubt Asteroids would still be on locationafter so many years.

In Dustin's room there is a space duel and centipede poster. Not sure how he would have them as they were op posters, not something K mart would have.

It's only seven years after Asteroids was released. Our arcades still had Asteroids through 1995.

I saw an Asteroids on location at a store in Dewey Beach 20 years ago, so yeah, they were still out there in a few places.

I think you're forgetting that they're all friends with the arcade attendant. it's not much of a stretch to think he could have given him those posters.
