Well this is the first time posting in this section, which is probably a bad thing due to being on the board here for quite sometime.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Brian (Nescollector) on a project I've had now for 3 years.
As I mentioned from above, I acquired an Americoin Junkyard about 3 years ago that wasn't currently working.
I've asked a couple of question regarding the game here on the board, but really didn't get any clarity to get it up and running.
After acquiring a non-functional MCI Airball, I happen to see that Brian acquired an Airball a little while back as well, so I messaged him to ask for photographs of the Airball to see if I could get mine up an running. He promptly messaged me back and said sure I can try and help you out on getting your game up and running.
We got to talking and he asked me what other games that I had.
After going through my list of games, I mentioned that I had the Junkyard.
He mentioned that he had the Airball as well as the Junkyard and many other EM games, and asked me how I liked them?
Well I mentioned that unfortunately I haven't really been able to play the Airball or Junkyard due to them not working.
So from there we discussed the problems I was having and low and behold I am in the process of ordering my last part to get the game 100% fully functional!
Well I can say from the first time that I logged onto this website and started getting my feet wet with this hobby that I have learned so much from all of the people here that are willing to help and broaden myself and other peoples knowledge of this hobby (addiction) we call arcades.
But I wanted to take this time to acknowledge people like Brian on helping me out with my Junkyard.
Once the Junkyard is knocked out, he mentioned that he'll help me get my Airball up and running too.
Thanks again Brian for all of your help.
