Tried to call their parts department......all phone number are diconnected. Need a nt-2501 control board.

yeah, those are the numbers I tried. Disconnected recording.

Ask Chad at arcadecup.com since he buys Neotec parts to repair Neotec monitors.

Is there a chance that Neotec's area codes changed in their phone numbers?

emailed chad at the cup, asked if he had any extras.

They've Gone fishing!!

I dought they have any new or old chassis..

Place to look for a remote control board would be the bone yard

or chassis pile, keep in mind that some of the 25" models

would use the same control board during your search maybe even

the 27" model..

Neotec went to Lcd only that I know of and there is no longer support

on any of the Crt base Models and they havent had much experience

with the lcds to have a tech line..for it..

And the website is a few years old and outdated.

Unless someone got a update on Neotec you can just forget about them..

Tip dont buy their newer crt chassis either they are worse then ever

Ive had to repair 8 out of ten within the last two yrs.. if you find then

still being sold some where..Good Luck!

Post a pic of the control board and I'll see if I can compare it to any of the ones I have lying around at our shop. I have piles of dead chassis for parts, mostly 19" chassis, but scants amounts of 25" and 27".

Sent neotec an email about updating their website/phonenumbers.

here's a pic of the needed control board. i'm sure it was used on other models.

Sent Neotec an e-mail and got a response, apparantly they have moved to a new location.

They have limited support for crt monitors to what service parts they have on hand. I will be

able to order the control boards I need.

Thought I'd follow up with this thread. Finally got the control boards today from neotec. Chad, from arcade cup also contacted me yesterday and offered to rebuild me one for $35.
