I picked up a 25" that was working fine before hand. but the guy plugged it in cold and damp and burnt up the chassis board.

My question- Can I use a different chassis from a standard res, say like the NT2515C and have it be standard res instead of medium? Does it even have to be from a neotec or will a different chassis maybe a WG25 (or 27) work?

I know nothing about compatibility between monitors - Thanks

The short answer is no.
While crts are often interchangeable you need to be careful with deflection yokes when swapping chassis of different models.
I'm not saying it's impossible in every case... just you need to be sure of what you're doing and have all the data on the chassis' available before you attempt it.

The yokes are different between the Neotec models. Do NOT interchange chassis unless you also swap the yokes with the chassis. Naturally, this would mean performing a full convergence procedure.
