As mentioned elsewhere on this site, I recently repaired a 25" Neotec NT-S501. Originally I thought it was a NT-2501, but now know that it is not.
The original problem was a blown fuse. Replaced the MOSFET at Q101 and that fixed the fuse-blowing issue. Then the chassis had a chirp. Replaced a shorted D403, and that stopped. Cap kit and other info will follow in the next post.
