I have a Big Buck Hunter with a Neotec NT-500DX chassis in it I am trying to get going. The monitor worked when I got the video card replaced but was dim. After a clean and balance it was working good but had never had a cap kit. Decided for longevity I would install one. Purchased from Arcade parts and repair and installed. Since installing when the monitor sits for an extended period then it is first started the screen is jumpy. Specifically the bottom 2/3 of the picture is jumpy. This lasts for 3-5 minutes then slowly the monitor stabilizes. This occurs with video from the game, from a pattern generator or just the start up screen with no video.

Looking for some advice on what to check.

I marked the B+ pot and tried minimal adjustments but no change. I have been looking but don't know where to check the voltage. One post said R592 but this chassis doesn't have a resistor marked R592 that I can find.

I did replace the filter cap with the cap kit and reinstalled the original after the issue occurred with no change. I have removed the chassis and rechecked all the solder joints and reflowed most everything.

Seems to me like one of the caps I installed is bad and slowly charges up over the 5 minutes?

I have a video but not sure how to attach it. MP4 file
