The monitor I have is on a Gauntlet Dark Legacy cabinet. The pincushion will not adjust when I turn the pincushion vr on the remote board. I did a cap kit, but it didn't fix the issue The width also doesn't adjust properly. I looked at the pincushion board and a quarter of the caps and resistors that are listed in the manual are not installed on the pincushion board. The pincushion is inward like this ) (.

pin. board

Did you also do a cap kit on the pincushion board? Their is a couple that go way out of value plus the ESR goes way up also. I am forgetting the circuit right now but their might be a bad diode and resistor in the circuit also that goes awry.
On the main chassis check a big mylar cap. also. This is around the yoke plug. I have seen them explode overtime. Maybe yours is out of value right now.

Yeah, there's a cap on the pincushion board that's usually bad that causes it. IIRC it's 4.7uF, or 5.6uF, or maybe 47uF or 56uF, and I think it's a bipolar cap. I believe it's a high frequency cap, though I replaced both of mine with plain bipolar caps (since they had them locally at Radio Shack and didn't want to wait), and they've been going fine (in a home environment) for 3 or 4 years.

27E capacitor list

Attached is a list of the electrolytic capacitors used in this model that I've written out by hand.

Installing a cap kit in a Neotec 27E monitor and found one leg of the 310UH inductor broken off.
Part #47E10-31R1k. Does anyone have this?
The board is silkscreen marked F-DPC-001.
The inductor or the pincushion board would be great.
Thanks, Scott
