so finally got ahold of a chassis(x2) for my 27" tube and have questions...
the 2nd one has a cut flyback witch ill be replacing with new one when time permits

the 1st one on left is my main concern atm.. I eventually figured out where wires go except for the degause wire. I had to extend wires since it was cut and
that's how I received the monitor..

I figured out that the ground, 2 prong cable (in image above is silver strap) goes to neck board at location p904 (indicated by GND on map)? and I assume the degause goes
to the main chassis at p101 ? is my assumption correct ? the pdf > http://www.arcade-museum.com/manuals-monitors/Neotec 2700 Full Family version.pdf doesn't really elaborate too much

also, ill be needing a new molex connector for the degause wire ( color is red in image above )

I just want to be sure before I power the sam thing on.... and just like my 25" version, no iso is needed I bet

the 2700 has two different cap kits because there are two versions (full family and Li Chin). i have them both if you need. Iso not needed on them. i don't see the red molex connector in the picture but the deguassing one is special and GPE has them.

deguassing one is special and GPE has them
mine is full family ... can you link to where I can find them ?

here is closeup of that red wire from last year if it helps

the small black wire I know is grounding strap and it only fits on neck board and I assume that the red wire that is cut is degauss wire.. I extended it hopeing
to just add a new connector or is it besto replace whole thing ?

but as to other wires I have them plugged in right spot ? ground strap ?

one thing i noticed that was odd

might be nothing but in upper corner, other tab seems to be soldered down to pcb and this one isn't, will it be a issue ?

figured so.... just wanted to be sure... ill fix that tomorrow

now for the replacement degauss coil ? doesn't that plug straight in to the chassis at that location? how/where do I get right molex plug for it ?

check your center to center pin spacing in mm.
