Hi;
I am in a bind and was hoping that someone would be able to let me in on how to adjust the HV on the Neotec 500DX?????

I have a party tomorrow and would like to be able to let everyone play but the HV is over 30kV and it sounds a little too high to be safe.

Otherwise, it's back into the garage until I have the time to pull the monitor out of the game to get actual readings at the test points, but that probably won't do too much good without the manual.....

Thanks in advance
Jeff

Well, it looks like the game is going back in the garage this AM.........
I will eventually pull the monitor and take voltage reading etc, just don't know when.....
Thanks anyway... :-(

I received a response from Neotec and was informed that the recommended voltages at the anode is 25.5KV - 27.5KV so there is something definitely wrong with the chassis.

I inquired how to make the necessary adjustment or what to look for that would cause this but never received a response to that question.

I requested a manual but received a set of schems, which I already had but I cannot find any user adjustable pots that would assist me......

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Jeff

It's been about a month and I still have not been able to find a manual on this monitor.

Does anyone have an idea on how to adjust the HV on this monitor, I have a nice six-pack of Brooklyn Lager for the guy (gal) with the key to this puzzle...............

Thanks
Jeff
