Neotec 2701 Pincushion Problem

I have replaced the c19 capacitor with a like replacement and I am still having the same problem. On the right side of the screen I have the pincushion effect and I cannot adjust the pot any further to move the picture horizontally to the left (see pics). The rest of the screen looks great. I have replaced most of the caps using a cap kit.

Anybody else have the same problem?
