Hello technicians,
I am in need of adjusting my brand new out of the box 1.5 yr old 19" NeoTec CGA monitor because it has a convergence problem with the green. It seems that the green is more of an outline to the drawn shapes than a nice color mix. I have done some research with Google and found that the 25" NeoTech manual NT-2515C is sufficient to work off of but the convergence method is missing a diagram to point out what set of magnets are the 4 pole and which ones are the 6 pole and identify the other set of adjustments that may be the Purity adjustments. I was reading a K7000 and found a nice diagram that designates each set of rings and their duty but are the rings on the NeoTec monitor in the same orientation as the K7000? Nothing like having to adjust a brand new monitor... : (
