A little history on this Cab. I bought it off ebay about 5 years ago when I was going through a Neo Geo obsession phase. It was beat up. I completely gutted it and did the following:
1. Sent the 4 slot board to be serviced by someone in the neo geo community. He is known as Channelmanic on KLOV website. His website is here:
http://www.arcadecomponents.com/index.html
2. Ordered a new CP Overlay from Quarterarcade.

3. A friend of mine gave me a new Marquee he had made a couple replicas that are identical to the original.
4. Bought a new 25" Arcade monitor
5. Sanded and Repainted all the black wood parts.
6. Had the Red and black re-laminated where needed with exact color match. I stripped all the old laminate off.
7. Had the side art painted on with a custom paint mask that I had made.
8. All new buttons and controllers.
9. Used a new wiring harness to wire it all up from "therealbobroberts" site.
10. Ran out of motivation and had TNT Amusements in my area finish it up for me.
11. New HAPP coin door
12. All metal including Marquee holder, control panel, and pcb board cover were powder coated. The pcb board cover is red, the rest black. looks brand new.
13. New power supply.
Issues with the cab:
1. Marquee lights are not working. Never got around to fixing this. The parts are hard to find. There are work arounds but never got around to it.
2. The memory card is not hooked up. TNT never hooked it up although the wires are there and it is installed in the cab.
Everything else works 100% All games play. Sound works.
I think that is everything. If you have any questions let me know. I am selling it because I have bought too much stuff and house is getting cluttered. Also, I have a MAME cab and my kids and I just seem to play that a lot more. I have 3 boys and i made a 4 player cabinet.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Mike
