Sometimes... Check the traces just to the right of the battery that are going to the NEO-257 and NEO-ZMC2 ICs for damage. Patch any bad traces.
Other than that, most graphics problems are dirty slots and/or dirty cartridges.
Disassemble the cartridge and clean the edge connectors with a pink pencil eraser.
Clean the slots with some kind of electronics cleaner and a toothbrush... or if you take the battery off (which you SHOULD do immediately) you can remove the memory card slot cover then clean it in the sink with some Formula 409 Orange and a toothbrush. Clean the slots well with that then clean the area around where the battery was.
Pat dry with a lint free towel then throw it in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
If you forget to take the memory card slot cover off the board it'll soften in the heat and droop. Simply lift it up with a butter knife while it is still pliable and blow on it to cool it and harden it back in place.
If that doesn't fix it, post pics of what it is doing. You might have bad traces on the board or a bad NEO-257 chip. That chip is a common failure point on the MV2 and MV2F boards when you have jail bars on the screen.
