I heard that the 138 in 1 has a feature to disable some titles.
Is this the only cart with that option? As I heard it takes about 30 seconds to load a game, and that may pose a problem. I'm trying to possibly select a cart this weekend, and would like to disable those hacks and some fighters.

Thanks for any input!!!

Meh, dunno if many people know that much about the multicarts here.

Could suggest heading over to the Neo Geo forums.

Yes, I'm pretty darn sure the 138-in-1 is the only one where you can disable games. But I read the load times were long too - 20-30 seconds. I also read that the 138 doesn't agree with MVS-2, MVS-4 or MVS-6 either. But I could be mistaken on that point.

I'm on the fence with this choice as well since finding an MVS-4 that I have yet to pick-up. The Neo Geo forum might clarify but I haven't found it yet. Not everyone there likes the multicart discussion.

Most multi carts are a bit finicky with multi slots.

The 138 needs a jumper on it's pass through cart to enable the game select button cause they didn't pass that wire through. Other than that... it's just as compatible/or not as other multi neo carts.

Takes longer to load yes but it's not really that big of a deal. What's 20-40 seconds more.

Pretty sure the 138 is the only one that allows you to disable games. It's also the only one with a nice menu, organized by type of game, that shows you a screen shot of each game.

You'll waste plenty more than 20-30 secs wading through all the badly abbreviated titles trying to remember which game you were looking for.

Not to mention the 138 has the best game selection. I'll wait the 20-30 secs for sure.

Ha, as for ol Rubics? I had a few, :)
I just downloaded a Rubics Cube game on my Wii.
Got some little puzzle games on there, as well as multiple cubes like the original.

With the neo multi cart if you have any other carts in the slot the multi takes over, it is nice bit I have seen a couple of fail, but they were people that tossed the carts they owned around
