Neo Geo Carts - Possible voltage surge

have a few carts that were In a 4 slot unit, had a power supply go south and now 3 of the 4 don't work, I put in a diff cart in a slot that a game is not working and it works fine so slot is good, I move games into other slots and they still don't work so have some sort of cart damage, is there a suggestion on where to start with these games carts to see what blew or more of a scope it out or are they a lost cause at this point?
