I picked up two non-working NEO GEO's recently in the hopes that I could get at least one working. One is a 4-slot and the other is a single-slot. I started to trouble shoot the cabs and quickly discovered that both power supplies were shot. So I installed two new (aka working) switching power supplies. Currently the single-slot plays blind, though I can't get much out of the four slot. The biggest issue right now is that it appears that both power transformers are shot. Each one is only putting out 60V or so. I want to make sure that I am connecting the pins in the right order, but am having trouble confirming this. Can someone point me to a photo of how these are supposed to be hooked up? I know power goes in the bottom and feeds to the monitor come out the top, but does it matter which wire hooks up to which tab? Below are pics of the two transformers.
also, I have a spare power converter (from a Williams cab I believe). Can I use this for one of the NEO GEO Cabs? If so, which pins do I use? I tried looking this up online, but couldn't figure it out.
