I may be leaving town in the next few months, so I've got to part with my Neo-Geo Coin-Op.
Over the last couple years I've done a lot of restoration to the machine internally and externally:
Recapped the sound board
Recapped the monitor board
Replaced the flyback transformer and HOT (two parts prone to failure, and that did fail on me)
Stripped and repainted the entire cab, including new decals on the sides.
Replaced buttons and locks
Everything works great, the screen is bright with no burn in. Colors are crisp.
These machines are over 20 years old, so there will likely be some maintenance required in the future. I have future proofed it to a degree and haven't had any problems with it for months now.
I will walk you through basic operation, but I cannot help you with any repairs in the future.
I have keys to all the locks and know fun facts like the distinct shade of red paint to buy if you ever need to touch something up.
You are welcome to come and try out the machine. It's not a difficult ride on a dolly to get it to my driveway, but you're going to need a furniture dolly, a truck, and probably some strong friends.
