This is a dedicated 2-slot, dedicated Neo Geo. It has a beautiful 25" monitor and I replaced most of the button switches and the control overlay (see pics). It comes with a 150in1 cart I got from Nixs (jammaparts.net). There is cabinet wear on the left side and some peeling (see pic).

SOLD!

Hey,
I've been seeking a Neo, but I have my eyes on a smaller 2 slot right now. If it doesn't work out, I'll track you down. Your price might be a little high for some people on KLOV, but keep bumping as you can. Harder to sell stuff in MI because were so spread out.

Good luck,

I am looking for a Neo MVS as well, I am on the OH/MI line, if you decide to come down quite a bit on price, I might consider the drive. Mint cabinets are going for around $400-$500, and yours is a bit beat up.

Thanks for the bumps and the feedback. I did a search on the site here and haven't seen any minty or beaten up Neo Geo (dedicated) and their prices. The info gives me a good idea about price and demand.

I bought this a little on the high side don't wanna come down a whole lot on price. Every time I play Metal Slug or Puzzle Bobble I think about not selling it, but I am gonna run out of room soon and this is played the least in the basement.

Condition

Because of the shape of the cabinet (not horrible), you might make more money splitting out the parts vs. selling the entire machine. It's also easier to ship the board to anyone vs. being strapped to dealing with Michigan folks only.

If you sell all the parts and are left with a cab, you can always refinish the cab or make a MAME cabinet out it later.

Every little part is worth something..Marquee, control panel, coin mech, memory card / sound input board, MVS main board, 100-1 game, power supply, etc. etc.

Good luck. Ya never know though..could be a neo geo fan out there willing to pay big bucks for the entire thing.

i guarantee they will only offer 350 tops.....

I just wanted him to reach as many people as possible, maybe someone in his immediate area is wanting one. On that note $600 is a lot of scratch for a "C" condition MVS cabinet. These Ebay for $150-$400, in that condition. I hope he gets what he wants, but I doubt he gets what he is asking.

I bought my neo 2 slot mint for 300. A lot of neo posted on CL for 500 n up range never sells. Recently a 6 slot posted for 100 and no buyers. He ended up parting it out.

Man, where are these dedicated Neo-Geo deals everyone is talking about! :)

Great feedback all - thanks for the advise and good comments - I guess I'll keep it if I can't get more than a couple hundred out of it. Looks like I am on the high side here.

I'll probably bring it to Pinball at the Zoo and let people play it. Can't believe it is SO close!

came across your ad looking for a mvs cab for a friend-

I am a big mvs fan. I paid like $900 for my 6 slot deluxe big red in pristine shape that was populated with good games and mm's. I know i may have overpaid a bit for it, but the combined rarity of it all made me take the plunge on that particular lot.

here in chicago- good condition 2 slot mvs cabs populated with common titles go for about $300-$400-ish unless you go to a dealer. A lot of pricing is very regional, but i figured im fairly close to where you are located and would toss the prices that i come across to you. good luck with the sale- i do love me some snk stuff!

Wow - a 6 slot is impressive! Quite the rarity!

I am thinking $550 isn't low enough for most, but that's probably as low as I can go without feeling the pinch... I am probably going to make a vid like I did for my 19in1 and 60in1 stuff. I got some attention on CL with the 150in1 cart so it would help having it on YouTube.

Other arcade-y stuff is on here too (especially if you are a pin fan)

Bump for new price - $500 firm (with 150in1 cart). I'll keep it otherwise...
