I notice my sticks seem to have a 4 way restriction on there.
they seem a lil "stiff" dont seem to flow into the positions.
I wonder is is possible to switch it to eight or another position?
I notice there is a plastic piece which goes on the bottom and seems
to be the one which limits stick movement.

also is there a LIST anywhere of what games use 4 position or more?
never thought of this until a couple of days ago that mabey some games use
more than 4 positions and I may see better play on them...

thanks

you have either Sanwa or Semitsu sticks.

they have nice pictures here. Only classic games play with 4 ways mostly.
If you are playing JAMMA games on your candy cab then you want an 8 way gate on there.

A Sanwa JLF 8 way can have it's gate turned so that it's now a 4 way stick.

hurmm.

I'll have to check that out.. The ones i have are similar, round ball on top.. Just noticed today playing one is cracked lol.. but I am playing neo as of now.
I have a Neo 60 in 1 and there is a load of games im still filtering through.
found one awesome game today, and seems there are some fighting ones just seems off with the 4 way.. Scv chaos I discovered today.. So ill check out the bottoms, I know one has the plug, and the other stick has wires to each switch..
I need to start cleaning it up too. noticed wow, still the dust inside from when i bought it :)
