When these first came out, I remember people were claiming that you could turn off specific games from the list (most specifically all of those damn cloned ones). Is this true? Please let me know. Also, I am certain that this cart will not work in the 4 and 6 slots motherboards properly. In other words, with a fully populated 4 or 6 slot without running the cart by itself. Any experience to be shared??? Thanks...

You can NOT turn off games from the menu of a 150-in-1. My 150-in-1 works fine on my 4-slot... fully populated.

You see, this is the kind of information that I can REALLY use. Thanks. So, to be clear, you have NO unusual side-effects running the 150-in-1 on your 4 slot and you did NOT have to mess with settings to get things "just right" so that it would work??? Thanks...

The only noticeable side effect I have running my 150-in-1 is that it "hordes" all the motherboards memory. What that means is that while the 150-in-1 will save DIPS (much more than 8 that some have reported)... it seems to "steal" all the memory for it's DIPS. Basically what that means is that the other 3 slots will NOT save soft DIPS (they always reset back to level 4 for example) nor will those 3 slots save high scores. My hypothesis is that the 150-in-1 uses the "high score" memory to save more DIPS. I have at least 2 dozen soft DIPS saved on the 150-in-1.

I have run the 150-in-1 in all 4 slots... no issues... though I like it in slot 1 as the menu pops up first. I DID have a strange issue with KOM2 running with the 150-in-1 installed...KOM2's sound was iffy when it was in slot 4.... slot 3 and 2 worked fine... could have been just a fluke though.

The 138 in 1 cart with the extra connector board is the one that lets you remove games from the menu, although I haven't tried doing it yet. I wasn't able to get it running in a multi slot board though.

Can you switch games with your 150-in-1 cartridge in your 4-slot? I bought a 150-in-1 cartridge to put in a single slot but I tested it in a 2-slot and it seems that once it loads the 150-in-1 cartridge it doesn't want to switch back to the other game. Anyone have similar issues?

Thanks for the clarifications. I would MUCH RATHER hear from people with personal experience with these boards than people who are trying to sell them. It is my understanding that before the 150-in-1 cart, the ONLY cart that would work with a 4 or 6 slot was the 120 in 1. All of the others would cause problems, based upon reports from people using them.

I have a dedicated Neo 4 slot machine, along with both 4 and 6 slot boards. I would LOVE to be able to use the 150-in-1 with the 6 slot board, with the 5 extra slots populated by older games that I like that are NOT available on the 150-in-1 cart. It sounds to me like I can AT LEAST use the 150 board with one of my 4 slots and might POSSIBLY be able to use it with my 6 slot. That would be nice...

That is what I do. I have the 150-in-1 in slot one, Windjammers in slot two, king of monsters 2 in slot 3 and eventually Super Dodgeball will be in slot four... right now I have Real Bout in four.

The way the 150 in 1 works is that on power-on with the 150-in-1 in slot 1... the menu will appear. Choose what game you want and the system will reset... when it comes up slot 1 will be whatever game you chose and slots 2-4 will be whatever carts you have in at the time. SOMETIMES the system will start with the game in slot 2 for some reason, but it cycles back to 1 of course. YES, attracts all work... the system essentially treats the 150-in-1 as if it was the game you selected UNTIL you either power down or hold P1 start for like 5 seconds at which time it will re-load the menu. NOTE: If you have a memory card inserted you will not be able to hold P1 start to get back to the menu... you have to remove the memory card to get back to the menu (or power down).

Can anyone confirm the 150-1 will work in a 6 slot? I have heard many confirm 4 but can't remember any one speaking up about a 6 slot.

Highest meg count game is always launched first then after a full rotation it goes in slot order. Legit carts or multicart / legit cart combo will run this sequence every time.

I would actually like to know this as well, since I DO have a 6-slot that I could put in my dedicated 4-slot cabinet...
