Needs Restoration

The Gottlieb metal coin door is interesting. Was that style ever used on arcade games? Or is that repurposed from a pinball machine?

Well, the cool thing is that it would be an easy restoration.

A sledge hammer and some matches, and BOOM, your done!

:) (y)

Spit on it, rub some dirt on it. It'll be fine.

"Needs some restoration."

Like a car sitting on 4 flat tires "needs some air."

Sad thing is the cab is probably a rare early Gottlieb.
Might be a prototype Insector or whatever their exterminator game was I played BITD. We somehow got a prototype in freaking po-dunk Tinley Park's arcade. It wasn't even a real mall - it was one corridor with an anchor on the end.

What the hell is up with all the New York, New York cabs popping up lately? There was the nice condition dedicated and I think at least three converted ones, including this epic specimen, that have been in the for sale column in the last month or so.

Horrible fucking game either way.

Yeah, the cab is most likely either No Man's Land or New York New York, both early Gottlieb titles.

The control panel on it now is from the kit game Crown's Golf... where is the seller getting Krazy Kong from?

Kyle
