I am helping my brother-in-law who recently acquired a Williams Spooks. It came without the sound board so he wants to attach a bell for whenever a target (Skull, Witch, or Drum target), it rings.

We have the schematics for Spooks, but there is no information on the wiring to the sound board that we could potential connect to for a trigger. The harness is still there and looks all there (there 12 pins on it, 2 are empty).

Can anyone provide a pinout or wiring schematics of the sound board? Also, any photos of the wiring in there would also be helpful as it appears someone tried to mod it and there are several things that look odd or are not connected to anything.

Thanks in advance.

I worked on a similar Williams Gun game, and couldn't find out anything on the unit.

It was a "super secret" black box - new tech and they kept it pretty close to the vest.

With that said, I think it's pretty simple. Find the power in and the ground. The wires were big enough.

Why wouldn't he just use it? It had volume control, and actually worked well.

He doesn't have the sound board. It had a cassette player in it (infinite loop cassette) that wasn't working either.

I know what you mean about the lack of any documentation. It's interesting how little there is, but then again, it wasn't a high production unit.

Any pictures of the connections to the soundboard or measurements of the signals would help, but those are missing too.
