So, I filled and sanded the whole cabinet fixing anything along the way. I primed it all around a few times.

Thanks

How are you applying paint? What type of paint

I have two sideart projects I have to work on. One is for a Defender cab, but I also have a Space Invaders cabinet that needs major work.

Could you describe what paint you are using, where you procured it, and how it was applied?

thanks.

By the way if you are interested, I track my restorations on my blog at http://mygaragearcade.blogspot.com. So far I fixed up a Ms Pacman game, but I've finished getting the Defender working and now want to fix up the cabinet.

Thanks Rich, I will be getting the rest of the stencils from you soon. Nope its blue. I have to change that to black. I just added in the front t-molding also today.

As far as the post above, I used a 1/4 nap roller to put the paint on. I sanded and filled anything I thought was bad on the cabinet that needed to be fixed. I primed it then sanded and re-filled anything else that needed it, then re-primed again. Once finished primed, I then painted it with the colors.
