Pick up a 25" TV cheap off of craigslist or a thrift store. Pull the tube and find a frame to mount it to. Then order a universal chassis from AlvaAmusement, and specify that you need it to work as EGA (you'll have to count the neck pins and measure the yoke on the TV for when you order). When the new chassis comes, change the yoke connector (if necessary) and the power connector (to match what your cab has). Plug in your video, adjust the picture, and you're done...
