Not sure if rotation is your problem, as the bottom left seems to be down a lot more than the top right seems to be up. Have you tried adjusting your pincushion and trapezoid settings to see if they help?
If it IS rotated, there are two options:
1) First make sure that the monitor is mounted properly. If the image is even with the edge of the tube, then the tube needs to be rotated, either by loosening the bolts that hold the frame to the cabinet and lifting or lowering one side if it will aloow it, or loosening the bolts holding the tube to the frame and doing the same.
2) The 2nd option is manually rotating the yoke. You may not be able to do this, as some D9200's have bonded yokes, and attempting to move them will destroy the tube. There is usually a label stating it is bonded if it is. If it isn't, there will be a bolt or tension handle that can be loosened. Once it is loosened, you can rotate the yoke slightly to straighten your picture. You should probably loosen it with the monitor off, as you may need to give it some decent pressure to break it loose. If you can't loosen it with the same amount of pressure needed to open a beer bottle, then it may be bonded and you shouldn't try to force it. Once you have it loose, turn it back on and rotate it until straight, then tighten it to the same tightness it was before. Over-tightening can crack the neck and ruin the tube.
If neither of these options help or are possible, you could try doing a Factory Memory Reset of all the settings. The D9200 is notorious for memory corruption that can affect the settings and picture quality. In order to access the Factory Menu, hold down the DOWN and SEL buttons on the remote at the same time. After a few seconds the Factory Menu will appear. Choose the RE option to reset the settings, then go into brightness and color and turn them up. Once you exit, you'll be in the regular menu and can adjust the color and brightness as necessary. This might also help you adjust your picture better if the other options don't help...
