Need info on 'Grand Slam IV' (1976) by Meadows Games

I recently got a cocktail 'Grand Slam IV' by Meadows Games, missing the logic board. Of course, I already posted in the wanted section:

http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?p=2081323

but I can't seem to find much info on this game. Does anyone have any documentation on this? I'm hoping at the very least to get a copy of the schematics for the logic board. The choice of games appears to be just like for Meadows 4 in 1. The control panel has English and French text, so maybe this was for Canadian distribution?

If you have schematics for this logic board, or for the 4 in 1, please post or contact me. Thanks for looking!

*bump*

I looked around a lot, but I've found only one mention of Grand Slam IV. There appears to be a partial mirror of the old wiretap archive here:

http://www.cityofberwyn.com/info/index.htm

And in the file "Jim Hernandez's Game list Sep, 1999 (3700+ games)"
I found this listing:

Grand Slam IV Ded Can-AM 8/'76

Does anyone know how this list was made? Does anyone out there own one of these?

Isn't this basically just a 4-player pong-clone, with some different game configurations? I think one of my customers has one, but he won't sell it...

Yes, it's a pong/breakout clone. It appears to have the same gameplay as the Meadows 4 in 1, but I'm not sure if they're identical.

I'd love to know what the markings are on the logic board for either game, so I can try to track down one for myself.
