Ok I have a Time Crisis 4 29" game to set up on location.
My problem, theirs no manual and the plugs which connect the gun base to the monitor cabinet are not labeled. Most of the connectors are easy enough to figure out because of the number of pins and connector type, they only fit one way but their are several 2 pin plugs that are interchangeable and it's no way to be sure which connects to what.
These are all 2 pin connectors with a black and a white wire. You can see in the pictures on the right which is the gun side both player one and two have one 2 pin plug each with the black and white wires. On the left side, the monitor cabinet side their are 3 - 2 pin plugs with black and white wires. Two of the plugs on the left will fit the two wire plug on the right. The other plug on the left is the same as the one on the right. That's my problem, which plugs to which?
The only manual I could find shows a total of 7 plugs but the game has a total of 11 plugs on the gun side and 15 plugs on the monitor cabinet side.
Anyone ever set one up and remember how the 2 pin plugs connect and what their for?
A picture would be nice.
Thanks for any help. :)

You have your computer cavity covers reversed. The red one goes on the left. :p

Nothing looks amiss to me in your pictures. The service menu tests are very thorough; run through everything and report back what doesn't work. We'll figure it out.

If you really can't figure it out I can take apart ours.

Thanks for the reply
Yea someone else must have reversed them. I just plugged them together.
I guess the only thing to do is power it up and see what happens.
Thanks

I just noticed what you meant, the covers under the monitor, yea they sure are reversed. I didn't catch that.
It wasn't me and I cant change them as I don't have the key. Their was one key for the coin mech door and a different key for the coin box door and neither fit the cavity cover locks or the lock on the back center of the gun pedestal . What's behind that door? It came without the coin bucket too but I have one that should fit.

Here's an update.
I fired up the game wired up just like in the picture above and the game is working 100%. :)
Even the gun recoils are working.
Thanks roothorick for the help.

As I said, it's the computer cavity. The main power supply, Super 256 computer with HDD and dongle, and audio amp are behind that panel, along with a pile of wiring including two Ethernet cables plugged into a crossover box (that's how the machines are linked). There's two computers, two power supplies, and two amps, one set behind each panel. TC4 is functionally two separate machines in the same cabinet; the only thing the two sides share is the solenoid PSU and some wiring.

Dig through your keys and look for a key labeled 606. I *think* that's the one. I'll have a look at our keyrings when I get into work tomorrow.

I'll look though my keys but I don't have many. Just what I saved from the games in my personal collection. When I get a game I change the locks so they all use the same key. The Boss said to drill them but I would rather find a key if I can.
Thanks

I came in to work today and just noticed now that we already replaced the locks on ours :( Sorry I couldn't help with that.
