Yes, I believe its an NEC chassis with a sylvania tube in it. This beast is in my Gee Bee.
Monitor comes up but there is noticable warp of the image on part of the screen. Most likely a cap issue.
I'm not aware of any capkits, or for that matter any schematics for this thing. I'm including some pictures. Maybe someone has some info.
I'm probably just going to start replacing caps on it and hope for the best.
Thanks,
Dale Luck

I found the same monitor in a Sega Bomber. Only this one also has a Nec CRT.
The chassis is Nec for sure as you can see the logo on it.
I guess the number PW-195 is the model number as I see the same number also on the smaller PCB's.

Did you find any more info ? Did you fix your problem. This one works almost perfectly, it only has some horizontal jitter but I think that's a pot issue.

I put up a lot of pictures of it here:

Bump, still trying to get more docs on this monitor. I tracked down the erratic behavior we had at CAX 2017 to a loose connection to the main multi cap. Now it is pretty rock steady. Now had a chance to adjust the monitor width and height to get it to line up much better with the color tape graphics. There is a slow voltage change in the hsync section that eventually stops and picture is steady and in the right place. It's ready for the next Black and White Ball now.

I have a Sega Bomber with an NEC tube and Chassis so I'm keen to get any info also. Mine is currently not working at all and has some damage to the chassis PCB and a few broken wires. I would really like some good photo's of your board including the wiring. I can't see any of the pictures in the link.
