Could really use some help here. Bought a 19" monitor from Atlas Amusements in Florida & couldn't adjust the height of the picture to show the entire game screen no matter what I tried. Sent the chassis back. They sent me another chassis & now the right side of the screen is larger than the left side of the screen (using a vertical orientation with a 60-in-1 board), using the same tube. The tube is a Philips 19", type #: A48QAD220X 44, serial #: 7190CN3B0783 and the chassis is a 20" WEI-YA (nice US-made, not), model #: 2620HR (20H), frequency: 15.75 KHz. I tried to adjust all pot's but couldn't get the screen to be proportionally correct. Can anyone help me out here if there is any other adjustments that can be made? I have a picture of the screen showing the out of proportion issue, if anyone wants me to email them.

Thanks so much in advance,

Vic S. (in CT)

Monitor Issue

Nobody has run into this situation in the past?

You should post a pic here in the forum. That way someone may see it and go "Oh yeah, i had this problem a while back". It's much easier than someone giving you their email and than waiting for you to send it. More people will see it here.

yup..

Vic,

I've had no luck with those chassis.. Gave up on them, as i could never get it to look halfway decent..

If your in a pinch, i've got half a dozen k7000's and some K7203's working in my shop.. I'm also doing really well matching them with donor burn free tv tubes!
