I finally had a little time to work on this chassis again. I noticed another go7 monitor i have had alot more neck glow than this chassis i was working on. I had another new flyback so i decited to replace it and give it a try. The chassis now works perfectly. Just to make sure the first one just didnt have bad solder joint when i installed it . I reinstalled it and it did not work. So the brand new flyback was no good. Thank to every one that helped me along the way
