Well it looks like I figured it out. Took everyone suggestions, but I think it was the device I had selected on the FD27128-3 chips. Selected the same brand and same chip number minus an F at the beginning. The program says to select the closest one to your chip, but when I selected just a generic 27128 chip and burned it at the slowest speed it burned perfect and verified. I mean I havent put them in the board yet, but it wrote and verified soooo lol.
The M5L2764 chips all rewrote and for the first time verified at the slowest speed. IDK if it was the slower speed or the added power supply but they burned.
One more question is 3 of the MBM2764 chips say too much data for device cause they are 8k chips. These 3 chips on Punchout are 8k, but on Super Punchout they are 16k. So what chips would I need to burn these 3 and are compatible with MBM2764 chips? Sorry I have no idea about this stuff.
And thanks to everyone for the help and suggestions.
