Can't tell where the 12V goes, but I would guess the Falcon board most likely uses the Falcon pinout. It has the first 3 pins tied together (ground), and pin 9 looks like it ties into a bus that goes around the board. On the Falcon pinout, that's +5, so that makes sense, since it has to feed all the chips. (you would want to double check that of course...finding a pinout for a particular TTL chip and figuring out where +5 is on that chip should be able to let you find it on the edge connector). I'm not sure what the other one is, but it almost looks Nintendo-ish. It's got the grounds in the right spot, and that 2nd group of 2 from the left might be +5 (again, use the same method mentioned above) and it has an I8035 chip, which is what DK and DK Jr use, so it might be a bootleg of one of those (I haven't seen any that looked like that though).
