looks like the PCB for a Promax, but I dont know for sure. Flyback tested bad, so i am looking for a replacement. Any help would be appreciated!
Your monitor board looks like the one I have which I bought new from Happ in 2000. Mine was sold as a Happ Universal 19" monitor which is made by Kortek and also sold by Imperial,Tekbilt,Wico and a few more. Seems my Happ version and the Wico are very similar. Bob Roberts use to sell the flybacks but he is sold out. The part number KFS-60291, another part number is HR 8508 and the part number on my transformer is FE2004 which was also listed as a part number here.

Now for the good and the bad. Everyone I found that had the flyback listed was out of stock. I did find one place that said they could order it which was Dönberg Electronics LTD in Ireland . They say they can get one in about 10- days and then ship it to me. The only thing is it's a little pricey at €78.94 which is $117.23 USD so I ordered one. A few days later I got another email.
Please see new quote in the attached
Sorry got a new price from the supplier when we went to order
You may send on the balance 20.80 by paypal with the fee or you may
use credit card
Again I´am sorry but when we get new stock sometimes the price changes So that's € 20.80 which is another $30.29 USD so total cost for this fly back is now jumped from $112.30 to $141.90.
It took a wile but it did show up one day a month or so later and I have been to busy with other things, I haven't opened the box yet. I just hope when I do install it, it will last longer that the original one did. Wile I had the monitor for 12 years it's had very little run time.
You might be better off getting a universal chassis replacement.
