I bought a laser disc the other day in a generic 3M cover just like laser disc games would be in. It has a label on it that says video wall disc 3. Does anyone know what it could be? Any help would be appreciated

Was it advertised as an arcade game LD? If it isn't an arcade disc, it is likely a music video LD. We used them to project music videos to the wall of the dance club when I was DJing. For a while, we were using vinyl, CD, VHS, & LD (a light show would play on the wall when the music was coming from vinyl/cd).
They looked like these -but not always with the songs listed:

This is likely what you've got. It's the kind of stuff that music stores and DJs got.
At only 30 minutes, it may not be one that has entire songs/music videos, though most did.

EDIT: The link I posted was for "Promotional disc for play in Warner Brothers Studio Stores. Consists primarily of clips from Looney Toons and other Warner Brothers cartoons." not for the music video samplers. But it's likely what you've got.
