Need help ID-ing a monitor..and is the tube salvageable?

I'm having fun repairing monitors now that I have a test fixture for them... so I took on looking at a friend's monitor (I believe it's from a Race Drivin') Initially I just grabbed the chassis to cap it, but then I finished my fixture and grabbed the tube so I could test it and saw this.

It looks like someone twisted the neckboard to take it off (I've straightened the pins a bit..they were twisted much worse. The issue I see is there seems to be at least 1 missing pin, maybe 2 on the right side. Is this the end for this tube or can this be fixed?

Here's a pic of the chassis..not sure what it is but the tube and chassis both have a serial # of 600594 if that helps (probably not)

Looks like they tried to fix the width too! Don't think I've ever seen one that far out.

So just wondering what chassis it is and if the tube repairable?

Thanks

Hard to tell in that pic, but it looks like the nipple is broken. If it is, the tube is junk. If not, you might be able to fix the pins. Or just go get a new tube. You've got the yoke to put on it.

I don't think the nipple is broken, and all of the pins are there. That is a WG K7000, as mentioned above, and is a rebuildable chassis. You'll need to replace the flyback and caps at a minimum, most likely there are a few other broken components as well.

I often see the width coils adjusted this far with K7000 25" models. I almost never have to make much of an adjustment to these, so long as it is going back on the original tube.

Thanks, with all the cracks in the plastic around the pins, it's hard to tell what's broken and what's not. I'll order a flyback & capkit and see what happens.
