Hi,

This is an original monitor inside a Spy Hunter upright cabinet. I don't know the model of the monitor. There are 2 issues:

1) Need to adjust the horizontal hold, I believe. It is scrolling from right to left (see first photo).

2) The picture is going beyond the screen. For example, for the word CREDITS at the bottom left, only EDITS is visible. Would this be a convergence issue?

Any help with how to do this would be appreciated. I only saw 4 dials to adjust--2 white dials are on the back of the tube, and 2 are sticking up on the bottom right side of the board (you can kind of see these in the second photo). I tried them all and the only change I saw was with the brightness.

Thanks!

First off, that is a G07 monitor chassis.

1) That is not a horizontal hold issue, but rather a vertical hold issue. the monitor is mounted vertically in the Spy Hunter, but when it moves along the narrower part of the tube, it is actually a vertical issue. Adjusting the vertical hold (V-Hold in the pic) pot should dial it in. if not, then the monitor needs to be recapped - and a new flyback should be put in at the same time, otherwise it might fail from stress from the new caps.

2) You need to adjust your vertical size pot (V-Height in the pic)...

Cool, thanks. I didn't realize those round metal pieces could be turned. I adjusted them and it looks like both issues have been resolved!
