I have one. Let me find it and I will post.
this guy has it, he wants to exchange gottlieb maanuals in pdf format or a small paypal donation......if i could get ahold of my friend , ill ask if he has the manual
http://www.mameworld.info/guru/Pinball_Manuals/gottlieb.html
wow... that takes some balls. It's pretty widely known that the copyright on that stuff is still being protected. If you're going to be passing around PDFs at least do it discretely. To try to charge for them knowing full well he downloaded them free is kind of a dick move (IMO).
I have these manuals if anyone needs any of them ??? just PM and ill send you the PDF
or if anyone has the space to host these I can upload so everyone can access them?
who?....the guy with the site?.....my bad wasn't trying to start anything!

The guy with that site is probably using the money to fund their mame decapping project. That doesn't bother me that much as I'm sure he gets thousands of emails requesting all kinds of things.
My gripe is with the current Gottlieb 'owners'. I'm all for them protecting their rights with someone making knockoff parts and even selling programmed ROM's when they still have them available. But going as far as preventing manuals from being online so they can sell badly photocopied ones is where it crosses the line for me personally. See http://www.ipdb.org/gottlieb_cease.html
So selling someone else's property is okay is it's for a "good cause" but the original owner of said property protecting it crosses the line. Noted.
This goes back to the age old debate on this forum. "It's okay to steal IP as long as you're stealing from jerks or huge faceless companies".
For the record I think they (gottlieb) should be sharing the manuals. It's a lame cash grab to harrass people who try to publish them. Private individuals stealing their property and selling it are no better.
