Now normally I would wait a while before taking things to this level, but the manner in which 'Dave' left KLOV coupled with the fact that he is not returning PM's or emails (in spite of the fact that he's been logged on!) I think sends a clear message of his intentions. So I'm going to get started asap.

Let me make MY intentions crystal clear. I don't care what it's going to take to bring this guy to justice. It could cost my originals investment plus more - I don't care. There are too many pieces of shit like this on the planet who think that if they can goad someone into giving them money, then that gives them the right to screw them over. I'm going after him with the intent of bringing federal charges of wire fraud. I've already contacted a lawyer about this and got the specifics.

Additionally I have a good contact in the FBI (he's also a fellow KLOV'er too!) so that will definitely help.

If you ordered something from Dave and have not yet received your items, please contact me. If you DID receive something from Dave, please contact me anyway. We need to build a solid case to take to the FBI.

Also, if you've been through the process already or know of someone who has, please contact me. Any advice we could use to streamline the effort would be greatly appreciated.

lol thx perf :)

This changes nothing. I will proceed until everyone on here has the items they paid for.

Dave might I suggest you resume communicating with folks with real tracking numbers? In the short time this has been posted I've managed to gather your complete contact information.

According to the FTC's merchandising rule, you have 30 days to postmark after receiving funds. In the case of Paypal, the clock starts the same day.

It's amazing that ANYONE would let their reputation fall in to the toilet over $45.00...

... why?

haha your so funny, im not gonna stop untill everyone has what they bought...

is there somthing in your rule book for the way people send the money to paypal? all my transactions were done with gift and payment owed. this doesnt mean im ripping people off or the buyer is not going to recive what they bought from me.

dude, im not out to rip no one off, im not a scammer, i was only here to sell parts and sell parts is what i did, i have sent out over 100 packages that people have recived. and im still sending packages out. do what you think you need to do, or what you think is right. your package has been sent and more are being sent on monday.. i havnt done nothing wrong here
Think i can get my bonus while your at it :D

Right on bit_slicer ! Glad someones doing something about this .

I consider Bit Slicer my friend, and if he does not recieve his stuff. I would be willing to donate money to prosecute this clown. Most people saw the warning signs with Davez, but it looks like he suckered alot of Klovers. I sure if something needs to be done many Klover's will help Bit Slicer with costs for legal prosecution!!!

Davez If I were you, I would get everyone there stuff, and refund the 45.00 to the guy you made false statements too. That was fraud and should be used if this becomes a case!!!

Most jurisdictions consider this an electronic merchant/buyer arrangement which means in small claims that DAVEZ would have to come to the buyers jurisdiction to defend himself.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

another satisfying DaveZ post.

seriously, who didn't see all the red flags with this assclown.

i think his contact info should be posted publicly so that no one gets tricked into dealing with him again. If he invests in spell check we are all fucked.

Oh my. I missed the story on this one didn't I.

I can say that I have never done business with Davez but did exchange emails with him regaurding an item I had for sale.

He seemed very nice. Please someone fill me in on what I missed.

BS............ Is there more to this story than reported? Meaning, are there threats behind this from Davez or is this based purely on his vent? Seems a bit eccentric for $45? There have been plenty of folks on here that have been called out and finally delivered. I can think of 3 big names on this forum, that have been called out and delivered, recently. I suppose if Davez comes through, it would be the right thing to post that he did.

Yes. That address is correct. Dave and I had a Nintendo deal, a while ago.

Dave: I'd take my advice and Frizz's here: Is this worth $45? Yes, I've talked to you in PM's, recently, and yes you say that BS is to blame, but c'mon! I think if you were the bigger man here, regardless of who's right/wrong, you'd save face. Just saying, bro.

This is where it started. There have been other issues posted including boards sold as untested, that were marked not working and missing parts when they arrived.
I think some of this stuff had been edited by the mods.

I don't think I would ever send money to a seller with spelling and punctuation as bad as his. Unless I knew he was investing it in a nighttime remedial English class.

Any law enforcement agency you approach with this is going to tell you that it's a "civil matter." Your options are a small claims court suit but the bluff seemed to have the intended effect, so kudos.
