Need arcade tech for Atari Star Wars in Gilbert, AZ

Hello KLOV users here in the Phoenix AZ area. I'm seeking an old school or new school (with old school skills) repair tech with Vector experience here in the Valley to come and repair my original Atari Star wars arcade. Here's the skinny...

Bought it from a guy in LA who said the Vector monitor was replaced about 8 years ago.

This being said, it was working for a while then sat in his garage, went to use it one day and the graphics were blurry. This is STILL the case.

I opened the back and on the inner left panel, there seem to be some small boards. One of these boards is broken from where it was screwed onto the cabinet and there is a white wire that has broken away from it's solder lead. Not sure where it came from so you get the idea. The game seems to run fine, as far as the PCB is concerned. Both the top "Thumb" buttons are non-functional and I would like these repaired as well. I'm a great PC repair tech, but due to some health issues, I'm having some difficulty with technical things.

I'm just an arcade fan who wants my Star Wars in working order and will PAY $$$ to the right person. Please have some sort of references and be a good person. I'm a nice guy and have had some bad experiences with some repair people in other fields. I will pay a deposit and then the remainder upon completion. I prefer you do the work here at my home, but it's an easy going environment and I've got space for you to work in the AC.

Please contact me and we can get this game going again!

Most tech I know do not take deposits, they just give you a price and just fix it. Blurry screen normally just mean the monitor might just need to be rebuilt. New caps on the high voltage side or the power supply cap might be leaking.
