I need the little rubber pad that goes around the bottom of my Pac Man joy stick. I heard one's supposed to go there and I've been having some trouble with it, so I guess that's what what I need, since there's not on there now. Does anyone know where I buy one?

Email the the guy over at http://www.videogameparts.com/. He had some when I needed one even though it wasn't on his site. It was used, but in very nice condition. It is the "centering grommet" that your looking for.

Edit: Or you can try and PM him here. His user ID is Mylstar.

Thanks guys, just to make sure I took a picture of the underside of my joystick. Are y'all sure that's what I need?

The guys assumed you had an original Midway Pac Man cab.....
The 'pad' you refer to looks as if you mean the 'actuator' that makes contact with the microswitches.
You didn't give much information though, like why do you need the replacement part ?
You need to find out exactly what make that joystick is ?

If it's faulty, I'd just replace the whole thing as they are very common and cheap as well.

I agree... We were all thinking it was original. Just replace it if it is a cheap microswitch joy.

I see the problem, you need a joystick with some leaf switches. :D As has already been said just buy a new one, that one is not worth saving.

Oh, well I actually had no idea it wasn't original, I'm not exactly well versed as far as arcade machines go, this is my first. I received the machine in its current condition, my wife's dad bought it broken from a salvation army for $1 and fixed it. But its been sitting in a storage shed for about five years and we just recently found it and got it out. But thanks for all your help.
