I need the glass capacitor at location C34. While the board works without it it's tied to pin 8 on a 74LS86N and do it really should be there.

The cap is labeled 220ohms 50v.

I tried and electrolytic in its place and the game glitches with it installed. Looking online these glass capacitors are expensive, close to $50 for one that matches the specs.

Here's the broken cap

The gate that it's tied too. C34 position is at the top of the photo

What happens when I install a 220 ohm 50v electrolytic capacitor. The game works without any cap installed.

This is the gate that this cap is connected to pin 8 on. The other end is tied to ground of course.

looks like a zehner diode not a cap, are you sure you have the right location?

It would make more sense since it's connected to logic, but it's labeled

200
50v

Which makes me think it's a cap and it's labeled c34.

This board has a bunch of 104K glass capacitors on it too.

Thanks! $10 that's a lot cheaper, but still expensive! If anyone has a junk board and can desolder it I would appreciate it!

The link said 40/$10 or 100/$10.

That's right- these should be pennies a piece.

Grab a hundred and never look for them again.
Years from now, you'll wonder what the hell they are and throw them out.

I've used ceramic disc caps to replace broken glass caps on a couple of boards and its worked fine. Might be worth a shot on your board and they're cheap.
